A: The process is simple, but you must be at least 18 years old to sign up. Click this link http://www.smpmagazine.com.au/your-story/, and include your story and original photo or video.
Q: What kind of stories should you contribute?
A: That’s up to you. There’s no story too big or too small. Share about some of the achievements that you may have had in your journey in Australia. Share a photo or video that tells a compelling, timely and truthful story that may be approved for use by SMP Australia. Your contributions may appear across our national and international network of content partner websites and apps.

A: Log onto www.smpmagazine.com.au and click my secrets menu to submit your story.
Q: What happens when I submit material?
A: You are responsible for any content that you submit to “WHATS YOUR SECRET” competition. Your story may appear on the “WHATS YOUR SECRET “page and elsewhere on our partners’ sites and apps. However, if any part of your contribution violates Skilled Migrant Professionals of Australia’s Terms of Service, it will be removed and you may be banned from using “WHATS YOUR SECRET” page.
Q: Why don’t I see my video or photo?
A: There could be one of three reasons: Your files may be too large or in the wrong format; violate Skilled Migrant Professionals of Australia’s Terms of Service and have been removed; or you may need to try a different browser or delete your cache. Once you’ve ruled out all three scenarios, contact us at info@smpmagazine.com.au. Be sure to include your name, a link to your “WHATS YOUR SECRET” profile page and the material you want to submit.
Q: when will the winner be announced?
A: it is a quarterly competition. The winner of the contest would be announced in June and October 2016. The draw would be witnessed by third party organisations.
Q: How do I report questionable content?
A: If you suspect a piece of “WHATS YOUR SECRET” content is violating the “WHATS YOUR SECRET” guidelines, you can report the content either directly within “WHATS YOUR SECRET” or by e-mailing info@smpmagazine.com.au. You can also report users whose behavior is disruptive or abusive.
Q: Why was my contribution taken down?
A: “WHATS YOUR SECRET” moderators handle contributions on a case-by-case basis. If they have reason to believe that your submission contains copyrighted material, features children inappropriately, violates the Terms of Service or that you don’t have permission to use it, the submission will be taken down. To find out what happened, e-mail info@smpmagazine.com.au and be sure to include as many details as possible.

- Do own the content you submit. Don’t steal someone else’s work and say it’s yours. Nobody likes a thief.
- Do report copyright infringement. If you see something, say something. Flag content you think might be the work of someone else other than the contributor.
- Do get the permission of people you record or photograph in a private place (e.g. a hospital or school). If you’re in a public place, there’s no expectation of privacy; however, if someone asks you not to record or photograph them, you may want to oblige them. Be particularly careful with images of children and always defer to the parents’ wishes.
- Do make sure your content will not violate the rights of, or cause injury to, any person or entity.
- Do know you are responsible for the content you post.
