Businesses in the market look for specific skills and qualities. The most well regarded capabilities and skills are people who can connect, research and prepare.

Both potential employers and employees need high level communication competencies, such as being able to communicate effectivley with everyone!

Especially business clients, operational communication skills are vital to guarantee emails are succinct, documents are clear, presentations are sharp.

Listening is a fundamental career skill to interpret requirements for assignments and projects and will enhance career advancement.

Preparation and multitasking

Businesses look for people that are self sufficient and can simultaneously organise, plan and complete various assignments. Adaptability and being open minded to positive feedback by taking others opinions on board is vital for career development.
